Anchored on the vision “developing movers of society”, Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) recently held a career fair for high school students from Muntinlupa, Parañaque and Las Piñas. Dubbed as SOLID Career Affair, the event aimed at helping students decide on what course to take in college through mini workshops on examining one’s multiple intelligences, photography, website designing, creative writing, sign language, youthrepreneurship, a tour of the nursing laboratory and actual online stock trading at the school’s Capital Market and Entrepreneurship Center.

Highlighting the event was Mr. Markku Kero, the creator of Uzzap of Smart Communications and the Founder and CEO of Job and Esther Technologies Ltd., one of the satisfied SISC parents, who shared his insights on the current career trends and challenges.He emphasized, “Products and brands may come and go, but it is the skills that remain.”
