Southville International School and Colleges held the annual VAT exhibit last February 22-26, 2016 at the Luxembourg walkway.
VAT, or Vision and Task, Circle showed the 5Cs (Competence, Character, Collaboration, Creativity, and Commitment to Achieve) in action through a display of students’ best projects and creative outputs that ranged from mouth-watering desserts to functional crafts, and from vivid paintings to innovative robots. Some of the projects presented were Bubble Painting, Potato Battery, Hologram, DIY Smartphone Projector, and Solar Rover, among others.
As a special program institutionalized by the school under MALACA or Mental Ability, Achievement, Leadership, Athletics, Creativity, Arts, gifted and talented students are provided with leadership, productivity, and intellectual enrichment activities to further develop their creativity, critical thinking, and problem analysis.
