Southville International School and Colleges students joined a Hongkong Study Tour recently. The study tour was specifically designed to provide the students the knowledge, skills, competencies, values and attitudes needed in the conduct of an international travel.

Thirty-one third and fourth year Tourism students accompanied by two faculty escorts were required to be at the departure area of the Centennial Airport promptly to highlight punctuality as a basic requirement in travel.

A short film by Miguel Calayan, graduate of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) high school batch 2008, was chosen as one of entries to be shown in the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York. Following her win from the 26th Visual Arts Competition Photo Contest held at SM Southmall, Encar Sarah Lopez was hailed as one of the fifty finalists in the national photography competition of DPC-PLDT.
