Dr. Marl Ferenal, Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) president was a recipient of a prestigious scholarship from the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) through the auspices of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) to attend a workshop in Jakarta, Indonesia from May 16 to 19, 2016. The workshop covered issues aimed at strengthening educational institutions offering Productivity Courses and Programs attended by representatives from the seventeen (17) member countries of APO.

The College General Assembly held at Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) on June 24,2015 spearheaded by the institution’s head officers with the Supreme Student Council familiarized and review with the new and old students the guidelines of the school. Southville International School and Colleges held the annual VAT exhibit last February 22-26, 2016 at the Luxembourg walkway.

VAT, or Vision and Task, Circle showed the 5Cs (Competence, Character, Collaboration, Creativity, and Commitment to Achieve) in action through a display of students’ best projects and creative outputs that ranged from mouth-watering desserts to functional crafts, and from vivid paintings to innovative robots. Coming from Guam, USA, the special guest was Judith Won Pat who is part of the 33rd Legislature of Guam and handles culture and education.
