Adrian Mendoza and Romeo Say, Grade 6 students of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC), were named recipients of the Certificate of Distinction Award in the Upper Primary Division of the 2011 Australian Mathematics Competition. The award is given to students in the top 15% of each level and region.

Mendoza and Say successfully hurdled against other young mathematicians all over the world who took the competitive exam featuring thirty questions in arithmetic, algebra, geometry and problem solving.

The College of Psychology held its Validating Examination last January 26, 2015. Eighteen (18) fourth year BS Psychology graduating students took the exam. The validating examination intends to assess the competence of the Psychology majors of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) before they graduate. It is composed of various major subjects including Psychological Assessment, Abnormal Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Industrial Psychology, and Personality Theories. Gen Mark Tanno of HS I – Integrity once again proved his mathematical prowess as he was conferred First Honors in the High School Category A of Mathematics Teachers Association of the Philippines (MTAP) – National Capital Region (NCR) Private Sectoral Division.

He also qualified as an Individual Finalist in the same category, after passing an intensive 2-hour exam last February 4, 2012 at Stella Maris College in Quezon City. The College of Education continues its outreach Secondary to Tertiary Education Pathing Program (STEPP) to the senior students of Captain Abet Aguilar National High School. The outreach program which started in 2010 aims to help public high school students pass the entrance examination of Colleges and Universities of their choice. There was a mixture of emotion and slight disappointment on face of the 22 year old Gino Paulo I. Santos, a Southville High School Alumnus, when he placed 6th in the 2014 Licensure Examination for Physical Therapy (PT).
