Southville New Parents and Students’ Orientation 2013



Southville International School and Colleges held the “New Parents and Students’ Orientation” at the Luxembourg Gym recently.

Southville Educates the Community on Environment



Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) hosted recently a forum with the chairpersons, presidents, and administrators of village associations in the cities of Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, and Parañaque.

The event gathered village leaders in an afternoon of sharing of insightful ideas on community involvement, specifically in combating environmental problems. Engr. Ramon Fernandez, Village Manager of Ayala Alabang Village Association (AAVA), talked on Excellent Village Management Practices, with focus on governance, security, community development, and disaster preparedness. Business Students Celebrate BSBA Days



The Southville International Junior Marketing Association (SMA), together with the Southville Leaders of the Generation’s United Entrepreneurship (LEAGUE), spearheaded the celebration of BSBA days last January 26-28, 2011.
With the theme “Assessing Best Practices and Innovation in Business,” the College of Business Administration held fun activities like Volleyball and Basketball meets, games for “Best Business Idea”, and an Amazing Race.

Southville International School and Colleges receives IiP Gold award



Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) was one of the proud recipients during the Investors in People (IiP) Awarding Ceremony held last November 27, 2015 at St. Luke’s Medical Center, Taguig. What made it more rewarding is that SISC is the first organization in Asia to go straight to GOLD and the only school among 8 different industries to receive the award.

SGEN Community embracing the new ISO 9001:2015 Risk-Based Thinking for advancement and globalization



A seminar-workshop on “Quality Management System Introductory and Understanding of the New Requirements of ISO / DIS 9001:2015” was held at Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) last June 26, 2015 with Engr. Jayzer L. Aquino, (ISO 9001 Consultant and Lead Auditor) as the resource speaker. The participants were internal quality auditors from the Southville Global Education Network (SGEN) schools: SISC, South Mansfield College, Stonyhurst Southville International School (SSIS) – Malarayat, and SSIS – Batangas.

Karyl May Gebeck from Chicago, Illinois, was a high school senior in 2001 when the twin towers in New York City fell down. She, along with millions around the world, watched in shock and sorrow the deaths of thousands of people and their loved ones. SISC Basketball Team Snags Hoop Title



The SISC Boys Basketball team went all the way to the championship round and clinched the crown of the recently concluded Interscholastic Sports Association (ISSA) basketball tournament. The Monarchs upended Faith Academy – Manila in the finals held last February 4, 2012.
Now on its third season, ISSA is an association of top private schools that features high school and middle school boys and girls teams competing in volleyball, basketball, chess, table tennis, and badminton. [Read more]

Southville Tourism Students Post 100% Pass Rate in Amadeus Exam



Continuing a tradition of excellence, BS Tourism students of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) once again posted a 100% passing rate in the Amadeus World Certification Examination. The successful examinees are Bianca Elyz Clemente, Marie Jo Palado, Sarah Jane Amakawa, Candy Laine Velando, Marc Oñate, Reynaldo Sison, and Beanchie Marie Satou.

SISC has an integrated Amadeus training course in its BS Tourism curriculum. TOPS Awardees announced



Southville Global Education Network (SGEN) through the Responsive Educational Assistance Program (REAP) recently awarded scholarship grants to high school graduates (AY 2012-2013) from public, private and science high schools who topped the Search for the Top Outstanding Performing Students (TOPS).

Topping the search is Ardonuel T. Bautista of Las Piñas Science High School who is now on full scholarship in Southville International School and Colleges (SISC). Southville HS Alumna Alyanna Ong graduated with a double degree in Applied Economics and Management of Financial Institutions at De La Salle University-Manila with the following awards:
