The US-based Educational Testing Service (ETS), developer of the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) test, recently certified SISC educators Phi Anh De Castro, Josephine dela Peña, and Ailene Fulgencio as TOEIC PROPELL instructors and English ambassadors.
