Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) annually mounts an event which will help its junior and senior college students to foster professional growth and develop skills that will respectively land them an employment and internship with known companies both locally and internationally. SISC provides its students with technical and hands-on experiences that help determine their strengths and weaknesses and intensively prepare them for the “real world“.

Through a career fair attended by prominent companies such as Mega World, Placement International, and Up Skill MNL, students were provided with opportunities as they look forward to excel in their perspective fields. Several representatives were sent by the said companies in order to explain what their companies are looking for. In its latest statistics, there is a massive increase of employability rate reaching 94 % from 2014 – 2017, the result of the institution’s intensive Practicum Program equipping its students the global competence that they need to thrive in their respective fields.

“Southville prepares its students for the world of work through curricula that ensure they undergo extensive hands-on learning and industry exposure.  The culmination of all these preparations within their stay in SISC is the career fair.  There is no better indication of our students’ readiness than an actual recruitment activity on their final semester/year with us. This year, 26 companies participated in the Career Fair.  The growing number of participants in the activity indicates the level of satisfaction of the different industries so far with the Southville brand of education.”
