The US-based Educational Testing Service (ETS), developer of the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) test, recently certified SISC educators Phi Anh De Castro, Josephine dela Peña, and Ailene Fulgencio as TOEIC PROPELL instructors and English ambassadors. They finished an intensive workshop held in Vietnam where they learned the latest updates on the test, teaching tips, teachable strategies for achieving the best score, how to effectively integrate more activities into TOEIC test practice course, and recommendations on the most up-todate and appropriate course materials.

TOEIC scores are used by organizations around the world to hire, place, and promote employees as they determine a person’s English ability on real-life work settings.
