Southville Global Education Network (SGEN) awarded the winners of the first Research and Total Quality Management (TQM) Quest last June 20, 2016, at the Luxembourg Hall, Southville International School and Colleges in Las Piñas City.

With the objectives of sustaining the highest productivity standards and quality services to the clientele through improving processes, products, services and culture of the organization, the First SGEN Research and TQM Quest received 40 promising entries from SGEN Schools. All of which had helped the SGEN schools immensely in terms of efficiency, productivity, expense reduction, curriculum development and classroom management.

Winners of Bronze Award in the SGEN Research and TQM Quest were the Faculty of Stonyhurst Southville International School-Batangas campus for E-Card 2.0: Student Report Card Made E-asy grading system which realize savings in terms of grade revisions, saving time, energy, electricity and papers.

The Silver Award went to the Administration Division of South Mansfield College for Go Lean Through 5S: Save Electricity, Save Water, Save Printing Materials, Save More, So Help Us God that yielded huge savings to the school during the implementation of the project.

The Gold award went to the Basic Education Faculty Division of Southville International School and Colleges for Values in Action Program wherein the teachers made 3 sets of module per value such as weekly classroom activities and home connection activities readily available to the students and parents that yield huge savings through the use of readily available modules.

With a strong empirical research orientation, the SGEN believes that involving the faculty and staff will tremendously help improve the overall school efficiency and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives while consistently providing high-quality education and services to raise the next leaders and movers of the society.
