Southville Empowers Youth, Over 200 Students Sold on SOLID

It is through empowering the youth that we cause change; as the youths of today, are leaders of tomorrow. Anchored on the vision of “developing movers of society”, Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) recently held a career fair for high school students from Muntinlupa, Parañaque and Las Piñas. Dubbed as SOLID Career Affair, the event aimed at helping students decide on what course to take in college through mini workshops on examining one’s multiple intelligences, photography, website designing, sign language, a tour of the nursing laboratory and actual online stock trading at the school’s Capital Market and Entrepreneurship Center. One of the participants expressed, “Commendation for organizing such an activity for a graduating student. We had fun and we learned a lot.”
