The Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) regarding your child’s school performance during the Second Term will be on January 25, 2013. This is also an opportune time for you to meet with your child’s sponsor who acts as his /her guardian in school. The PTC schedule will be 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (following pre-arranged schedule for parents) in Munich, Elizalde & Luxembourg Campuses.
After the PTC, Grade School and High School parents are invited to attend the Online Grades orientation session in the computer lab of your child’s campus. This Internet-based service provides parents an easy way to access information of their child’s school performance online. Once parents have activated their account, they can use the online grades to check their child’s grades and receive e-mail alerts when new information is posted. You will be given your activation codes during the orientation, and be assisted in setting up your ownaccount. Online grading is accessible from any computer that has Internet access.
There will be no classes in all campuses on January 25, 2013 to give way to the Parent-Teacher Conference. Let us meet and collaborate together on how best to help your child optimize his/her potentials.
