Minami Samantha Sunagawa, a Grade 2 student of Southville International School and Colleges (SISC) – STAR Campus, bagged 3 gold medals in Skate Asia 2012 held in Sunway Pyramid Ice, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last August 2-9.
Minami was part of the Philippine Delegation that competed in the said contest which gathered more than 700 skaters.
The ice princess topped the Technical, Couples, and Character Spotlight categories in what is considered as the annual premier event for Asian and international skaters.
