SOUTHVILLE-TCPD HOSTS LEAN SIX SIGMA WORKSHOP

Taylor Center for Professional Development (TCPD) of Southville International School and Colleges is hosting a public One-Day Lean Six Sigma Workshop and Yellow Belt Certification on May 27, 2016 at the TCPD Room, Southville International School and Colleges, Las Piñas City.

Lean Six Sigma is a combination of two powerful methods: Lean and Six Sigma.

Six Sigma is a comprehensive and flexible system for achieving, sustaining and maximizing business success with the goal of 99.9997 percent defect free or 3.4 defects per million opportunities or less!

Lean (also referred to as Lean Methods or Lean Speed) is a set of tools developed to identify and eliminate non-essential and non-value added steps in the business process in order to stream line production, improve quality and gain customer loyalty.

Combining these two methods gives your team a comprehensive tool set to increase the speed and effectiveness of any process within your organization resulting in increased revenue, reduced costs and improved collaboration.
